This guide will help you setup your American Rearmount Ladder

Setting up a vehicle with Smart Vehicle is easy. First of all, download the vehicle from your Cfx Portal account and install it as a new resource in your server.

The vehicle lua file may already be present in the Smart Vehicle > Vehicles folder. If so, no further action is needed to set up the vehicle.

Please make sure the resource is named rearmount in order for the menu to work correctly.

Automatic Setup

This vehicle supports automatic setup, just enter the drivers seat and it should setup for you.

Menu

American Rearmount Ladder features a working control panel, allowing you to control all elements of the tiller without having to use the keybinds. By default, the menu will work provided you have renamed the Tiller resource "rearmount" and Smart Vehicle is fully up to date.

The resource is configured to automatically open the menu when you start controlling the vehicle, however this can be disabled in the rearmount.lua file within the Smart Vehicle vehicles folder.

Within the menu section you are able to enable/disable the menu, set whether it opens automatically when a player starts controlling and also set the key to open the menu (if you didn't have it open automatically or a player later closes it and wants to reopen).
