Stabilisers are placed at the side of a vehicle, often at a road traffic collision to stabilise the vehicle for the rescue process, such as when a vehicle is on its side.
After running the setup argument, you'll see a stabiliser appear in front of you. You are now in an object spooner mode. Grab the stabiliser using your mouse and move it about, pressing R to rotate. Once you are finished, press ENTER or ESCAPE to cancel the placement.
To remove a stabiliser, just run the command with the remove argument and make sure you are within 10 metres of a stabiliser. It doesn't matter if you weren't the one that set it up.
Ventilation fans are often placed in areas of high smoke concentration, such as buildings where fires have previously been extinguished. Our ventilation fans feature a custom model, with the ability to turn the fans on/off, integrating with our Smart Fires resource.
After running the setup argument, you'll see a fan appear in front of you. You are now in an object spooner mode. Grab the fan using your mouse and move it about, pressing R to rotate. Once you are finished, press ENTER or ESCAPE to cancel the placement.
To remove a fan, just run the command with the remove argument and make sure you are within 10 metres of a stabiliser. It doesn't matter if you weren't the one that set it up.
To turn a fan on/off, walk up to the nearest fan and a prompt should appear on your screen, instructing you to press G to switch the fan on/off.
Once a fan is on, you'll see the blades start to turn with an animation. As Fire Tools is integrated with Smart Fires, you should see the smoke concentration in the area reducing. This will be faster with a higher number of fans in one area, so it may be best to install several around a larger area.
Our spreaders work as a weapon, so you can either spawn in WEAPON_SPREADER or use the built in command with the resource, which will give you the spreaders weapon.
Running this command will give you the spreaders weapon, or remove it if you already have it.
Next, you should see the jaws/blades of the spreaders appear on the weapon, which will be closed initially.
To open or close the spreader, the default keys are Y (to open) and U (to close). These have been setup with FiveM Keymapping, so can be adjusted for each user in Settings > Keybinds > FiveM.
To open a vehicle door using the spreaders, walk up to a vehicle door and press LEFT ALT (by default, which can be changed in the config).
Vehicle doors cannot be broken with spreaders, instead you must use the Circular Saw.
Opening vehicle doors will also unlock them, allowing passengers to escape which may have been trapped in the vehicle, such as with our Smart Airbags resource.
Our circular saw work as a weapon, so you can either spawn in WEAPON_SAW or use the built in command with the resource, which will give you the circular saw weapon.
Running this command will give you the saw weapon, or remove it if you already have it.
The circular saw can cause damage with decals to vehicles and some world entities/buildings. To apply this, just shoot the weapon as you normally would (using left mouse) and you should see sparks/damage appearing if you are nearby to an entity, such as a vehicle door.
To break a vehicle door using the circular saw, walk up to a vehicle door and press ENTER (by default, which can be changed in the config).
Our halligan saw work as a weapon, so you can either spawn in WEAPON_HALLIGAN or use the built in command with the resource, which will give you the halligan weapon.
Running this command will give you the halligan weapon, or remove it if you already have it.
The halligan can then be used as a normal weapon in Gta V to cause damage, including breaking vehicle windows and assisting with the vehicle extraction process.
