We've aimed to provide accurate and up to date documentation for our paid resources in order to make the installation experience as smooth as possible for our customers.
Before contacting us about any issues you are having, always check the documentation first and try to resolve it. If you are still not able to, we'll be more than happy to help.
We understand installing resources can often be a confusing process so we've got a team on hand that can provide some assistance if you're stuck, provided you've read the documentation first.
We have a support team on hand every day between certain hours to assist you with our paid resources. Even if you just have a question before checking out, we're here to help!
You can still open a ticket outside of these hours, however you'll only receive a response when we are online. All responses will be forwarded to your email address, making sure you don't miss out.
