Using the resource
All signs around the map are adjusted by using the following command:
/selectsign
This command is configurable in the config.lua file which we will refer to in the documentation later.
Selecting a sign
After performing the /selectsign command, your pause menu will be opened. Next, open the map and you'll see the blips for all the signs created.
Each location around the map should have two blips, one for each carriageway.
You should select the blip you wish to edit.
Setting the signs
After selecting the sign you wish to edit by choosing a blip the map will be closed and the SmartMotorwaysmenu will be opened. The amount of lanes will be displayed as rectangles as seen below:
As you can see, this carriageway has four lanes and four rectangles.
To edit one of the signs, you can do it one of two ways:
Select the lane you wish to edit and then select an icon on the right.
Select the icon you wish to use and then select a lane on the left to edit.
Both of these will update the sign live as seen below:
Exiting the menu
Exiting the menu is easy, just press backspace. This is configurable in the config.lua file and will be referred to later in the documentation.
