Our team are experts in our products and will be able to assist you with anything in relation to them. Where our support team cannot resolve your problem, your ticket may be upgraded to a developer to investigate your issue further or your issue may be logged on our updates tracker here.

Our support team are only open during the hours shown below. Tickets can be opened at anytime and you'll receive an email notification when our team has replied.

Our support team are not able to help with
Discounts - Please do not open a ticket requesting a discount. If you would like 5% off your first purchase, use the code TP79A at checkout.
Accidental Transfers - We have no access to the Cfx Portal system, including the ability to revoke or reassign assets. This means we are unable to facilitate any transfers, or help in the event of an accidental transfer.
Cfx Portal Account - If you are looking for support relating to the FiveM Cfx Portal system, please reach out to the FiveM support team here. If you are no longer able to access your Cfx Portal account, please attempt to recover this first and reset your password. We are not able to help you with getting back into a Cfx Portal account and FiveM are the best people to help you.
