Our support team are on hand if you have any questions or need help setting up your resources.

Our team are experts in our products and will be able to assist you with anything in relation to them. Where the support team cannot resolve your problem, your ticket will be upgraded to a developer to provide a fix.

We can also handle billing issues, refunds and more. Just reach out to our team who are waiting to help you.

Our support team is online during certain hours. Please still submit a ticket outside of these hours and you'll receive an email notification when our team has replied.

Our support team are not able to help with

  • Partnership Requests - We are not accepting these at the moment. Please do not reach out to our team regarding partnership requests, as these tickets will be closed.

  • Discounts - Please do not open a ticket requesting a discount. If you would like 5% off your first purchase though, make sure to use the code TP79A at checkout.

  • Accidental Transfers - We have no access to the FiveM Keymaster system, including the ability to revoke and reassign assets. This means we are unable to facilitate any transfers, or help in the event of an accidental transfer.

  • FiveM/Keymaster Account - If you are looking for support relating to the FiveM Keymaster system, please reach out to the FiveM support team here. If you are no longer able to access your Keymaster account, please attempt to recover this first and reset your password. We are not able to help you with getting back into a Keymaster account and FiveM are the best people to help you.
